'Bums vs. Billionaires' raises questions at Plano East
It was the fun lead-up to homecoming at Plano East Senior High School. Themed days are often the norm around this time of year. "They would hold up signs and cups and ask for money," said Danielle Miller, a Plano East student who wasn't a fan of "Bums vs. Billionaires" day at the school.But one theme has a lot of people talking. Ugh, I loathe this excuse. You couldn't say you didn't mean to hit anyone when you randomly gun into the air without direction. But you need to face the music when the bullet your carelessly let go does hit someone; the intent of no harm means little to a wounded person or corpse.
