Reasonable escalation to deadly force does not include shooting an unarmed person though a locked screen door because you were scared.
No criminal history in 50+ years of life + mitigating facts = a very light sentence.
How long u think? 5 years? 10?
5... 3 with good behavior.. which is expected from someone like him.
I have a feeling that this will be appealed and the sentence will be overturned.
