We are all average. Sometimes doing well, sometimes less well. Average. This is the real equality for all of us. (It is motivating to know that the most successful person has his everyday issues - so we are not left behind. And the seemingly losers have their bright moments too. So we must never despair.)

I find such articles very helpful despite the negative views expressed (about humans being inhuman). I am trying to develop a method where we can find our ancestral hormones impacting us. We are not always personally responsible for weird behavior. We all had Cannibal ancestors - and it is great we rarely behave like Cannibals today.

As a resident of ex-Austria-Hungary and half Jewish I am always glad to see essays on that strange period - Franz Joseph I and his wife Sisi are protagonists in my blog under construction too (Wittgenstein, Canetti, Musil and the rest mentioned int he article are my favorites too.)

I am working on a project that partly shows the History of Asexuals - I look am Kings during he last 500 years and will collect some stories about their asexuality in he mirror of legends (generally claims of bisexuality). I am at present only at a draft level, it is under construction.

I am glad you like humor. My stuff is partly humorous I hope.
