Well..... one thing that springs to mind is not to use Google Calendar! I don't use it anyway because of privacy concerns. There are plenty of standalone apps that are available where the calendar is not linked to your Google account in any way. I use one of those and love it. There is literally no way for anyone besides myself (who has physical access to the device) to modify or add anything to my calendar.
