North Korea seen moving mid-range missile to east coast: reports
North Korea has moved what appears to be a mid-range Musudan missile to its east coast, South Korea's Yonhap news agency said on Thursday, quoting multiple government sources privy to intelligence from U.S. and South Korean authorities.

I disagree, this time it's a bit different. I think they are trying to provoke the US and it's allies into attacking first.
It's all a bluff. There's no way they would be that dumb to strategize a nuclear war in such poor, amateur fashion. It's all just propaganda aimed at the citizens of NK to get them to accept the new young "dear leader". What a joke.
