Crawford sheriff: Investigator shouldn't have told man to behead dead dog
The Crawford County Sheriff says one of his investigators should not have ordered a man to cut off the head of his dog as a way to check for rabies. This comes after a man says a Crawford County investigator ordered him to either cut his dog's head off or go to jail after the dog bit someone. Crawford County Sheriff Lewis Walker says Friday afternoon one of his deputies responded to a call about a dog bite. He says the dog charged at the deputy after he arrived on the scene.
