Children's hyperactivity 'is not a real disease', says US expert
One of the world's leading neuroscientists, whose work has been acknowledged by work and pensions secretary Iain Duncan Smith, has suggested that attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is not "a real disease".

The headline is extremely misleading. Although I am not familiar with the work of this person, the article says that he is making the rather obvious claim that ADHD is a syndrome, rather than an etiopathologically unique disease. That does not mean that it is not "real." It is still an accurate description of symptoms -- which are quite real.
