Norway to ban use of heating oil in buildings
Norway will be the first country in the world to prohibit the use of fossil-based oil to heat buildings. The ban will cover both new and old buildings including private homes and businesses as well as publicly owned facilities.

2 years is not a lot of time to do this. Ordering, scheduling and installing the new equipment and all when everybody is trying to do it at the same time. This presents huge logistics challenges.
