"Three months in a hospital bed. Check," the actor wrote on his Twitter Friday evening. It was the first tweet Perry has written since March. Friends alum Matthew Perry penned his first tweet since March 23 on Friday to announce that he has spent the last three months in the hospital. "Three months in a hospital bed.
