This article cites "white supremacy" as right wing, when all the while it's very roots were/are borne by the Democrats. Being anti-government is not a label distinctive to any party.

      Agreed. Not all of the right wing are white supremacists and not all white supremacists are right wing. And it's true: no contemporary American political party, left, right or "middle," is without stain. Transparency, past/+ present– all of government, possibly (unlikely) is the only way imo for any semblance of voter trust.
