The Famous 'Drunk Orson Welles' Outtakes Of Paul Masson Commercials
If Orson Welles seemed drunk in those Paul Masson TV commercials, it's possible that he was. His dramatic baritone and intense gaze was over-the-top for a middle-of-the-road wine, and thanks to outtakes smuggled away from the production we get to see what he was really like on the set. The director of Citizen Kane and Touch Of Evil seemed to be sampling quite a bit of the wine he was flogging.
