I love these things, it's a lot like Western culture says no don't eat that dog or cat, it's disgusting, and yet it's acceptable to many cultures, the same can be said for goats and other animals. You could also point to pigs and cows. Culture, it's a hell of a thing. I'm almost willing to bet "civilized" people only quit eating each other in some time of plague.
