Is flashing your car’s headlights protected by the First Amendment?
A man wanted to let others on the road know to slow down because they were about to drive into a speed trap, so he flashed his headlights as a warning. So is that action protected by the First Amendment?

He can just claim that he was trying to do something else like switching wipers on/off, setting cruise control, etc. There's no way they can prove it.
