Google uncovers Russian-bought ads on YouTube, Gmail and other platforms
Google for the first time has uncovered evidence that Russian operatives exploited the company’s platforms in an attempt to interfere in the 2016 election, according to people familiar with the company's investigation. US propaganda was never used during an election cycle in Russia I am super sure about that guys! /s
I just can't figure out why the media is just now latching onto this, it's been going on forever. The only thing I can come up with is that the US needs to blame the Trump boogeyman on something and Russia wins.
Maybe it has more to do with Democratic Party bosses wanting something to fundraise on other than explaining why they preferred losing to Trump to winning with Sanders. Clinton, Goldwater Girl and a personal friend of Henry Kissinger, was already fixated on what she meant to be her fiery showdown with t̷h̷e̷ ̷S̷o̷v̷i̷e̷t̷ ̷U̷n̷i̷o̷n̷ Russia.
I know exactly why this was downvoted.
