How to Compete in the Open

I'm already registered, at day 1. I am hoping to do all the workouts Rx'd - as I did in the last 2 years. 2 years ago I did my first ring muscle up, 1 year ago my first bar muscle up. Maybe this year it's time for my first handstand walk...?
