Yelp Has No Obligation to Display Positive Reviews, Federal Judge Rules
Do small business owners have a right to have positive reviews appear on their Yelp page? No, according to a federal appeals court, which on Thursday threw out a case brought by small business owners claiming that Yelp extorted advertising payments from them by manipulating reviews on its site.

I'm sure by now everyone know that yelps ranking are not trustworthy, except maybe my grandma.
I figured this would happen. Websites have every right to publish or not publish what is posted onto their sites without the fear of reprisal.
