Surrey, B.C. unveils 'state-of-the-art' biofuel plant, promises no foul smells

Surrey's new industrial-scale biofuel plant will convert over 100,000 tonnes of food scraps and organic waste into energy, reducing the city's greenhouse gas emissions by up to 50,000 tonnes.
