M20 closed after pedestrian bridge collapses onto carriageway between junction 4 Leybourne and 3 for Borough Green
The M20 is closed and a major incident has been declared after a lorry struck a pedestrian bridge this afternoon. The bridge has collapsed across the London-bound carriageway between junctions 3 for Borough Green and 4 for Leybourne. Emergency services are on the scene and a motorcyclist in his 50s has been taken to Tunbridge Wells Hospital with suspected broken ribs.
