I've heard a lot of people around me say that they had so many problems with their LG phones. But they kept going back because they loved them so much. Most of them still have LG branded phones. Seems sad because I loved what they were doing. One less option for phones out there now.
Brand loyalty I guess. LG appliances also have issues.
