The Ministry of Awqaf (religious endowment), in partnership with the Ministry of Sports and Youth in Egypt, has begun a national campaign to fight the presumed spread of atheism among youth.

Mandated religion, your government telling you that you must believe not only in a God, but this one in particular. To not believe in said God is a criminal act.
Take a moment with that. Not believing in God makes you a criminal. Ok.
