Cigar City Brewery in Puerto Rico. CCB is brewing Dry Hopped on the High Seas Caribbean-Style IPA in Ponce, Puerto Rico. We had the opportunity to interview Joey Redner Founder and CEO as well as Wayne Wambles, Head Brewer of Cigar City.
