The first build of Windows 10 technical preview is available for phones
Microsoft just announced its Windows 10 Technical Preview for phones. For the beginning, you need to join the Windows Insider Program. Register your device if you haven’t done it yet to get latest builds and updates. You can use this built-in Windows Feedback app to send them problem reports and suggestions, you can also switch back to your previous OS anytime you like.
