Mandatory vaccine bill heads to [CA] Gov. Jerry Brown
With a 24-14 vote in the state Senate, both houses have now signed off on SB277, which removes personal- and religious-belief exemptions often used by parents who want to exempt their children from all or some of the required school vaccines.
