It's not unlawful. Their legally elected leader made it lawful. What needs to happen is Duterte needs to be killed.

There is no irony. It would be irony if Duterte was an innocent person and I was suggesting he be killed. He is not innocent, he has sanctioned the killing of hundreds of people, therefore there is no irony. Do you get it now, sweetheart?
Did he kill anyone? No? Did you kill anyone? No. Did he sanction killing? Yes? Did you sanction killing? Yes. Maybe you're thinking that, acting as the agent of judgment, you're immune from judgment. Can you think of anyone else that may be thinking that? Use your big boy thinking skills, now.
