Judge rules Ellen Pao must pay $276,000 to Kleiner Perkins
A Superior Court judge ruled on Wednesday that Ellen Pao, the former venture capitalist at the center of the high-profile sex discrimination case earlier this year, must pay Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers nearly $276,000 to reimburse the venture capital firm for its expenses during the five-week trial.

Oops just noticed I was beat out by /u/mtnrg so I forwarded this post to his post. Up vote only his, thanks.
She could have taken the $1 million offer on the table but she got greedy, ended up losing resulting in her getting nothing, and now because she declined the offer, she has to foot the bill. I'm sure she will figure out a way to sue someone to get that money.
Well this is a nice bit of news to start the day!
