Some people are just annoying as all get out, being fat is a serious problem, it's not a body shaming issue it's a healthcare issue, being fat leads to health problems, that leads to a strain on an already overloaded and overpriced system. Being fat is unhealthy, it leads anywhere from bad joints to heart disease and diabetes, I know my doctor tells me this once a year and I ignore him... it's sad to me that pointing this kind of thing out is somehow body shaming.
