Seriously, at EC they should probably have had Mark Henry win it over Ryback, Henry hasn't been on a major losing streak, he's been ready for a return recently, claims to be in good shape for his age and ring time, and on top of that, you could believe he would be capable of carrying the title and trying to make it better, I could see Mark Henry showing the power and strength to beat anybody that challenges him, let him hold it until Mania where he loses to somebody like Neville, I mean think about it, Mark Henry is somebody you could see running over everybody and I think that would have made the title mean something more than just fodder for the show. He could have been to the IC Title what Cena is doing for the US Title but on a smaller scale.
