Not a hoax after all? Bizarre twist in California kidnapping case
Imagine a film in which a woman is kidnapped and held for three days. But when she is freed, police question her story. Publicly. Before the media. Then, in an unexpected twist, a man who is outraged that she is being victimized a second time, this time by police, is her alleged kidnapper. A man who was so moved by her courage in captivity that he starts writing long and literary emails to the local newspaper.
