"Crimes like public masturbation are prime fodder for sarcasm around office water coolers or in the comment stream at websites such as NOLA.com. Some Mandeville police officers have also joked that the force is three-for-three when it comes to solving the public obscenity incidents that have occurred in 2015.
"But that does not mean, Sticker said, anyone in the department sees the arrests in a humorous light."
