Now for some happy news: Little blue penguin hatches at N.J. aquarium and is ‘doing well’
Here’s some happy news, courtesy of Adventure Aquarium. The aquarium’s third little blue penguin chick is “doing well and growing strong," general curator Nicole Grandinetti said Monday. She weighed less than 2 ounces upon being hatched April 2, but is now up to 11.6 ounces and eating fish including silversides, trout and herring filets.
