    Because homeless people already have too much. How horrible that instead of trying to not make them homeless, laws are enacted to control how they live on a street.

    Will the City supply nice new trash bins specifically for the homeless to put their belongings in? That would be quite useful.

    Maria Foscarinis, executive director of the National Law Center on Homelessness & Poverty in Washington, D.C., called the measure "outrageous" and said it would be cheaper to provide homeless people with housing.

    This is absolutely horrid.
