Child shot multiple times, killed; driver critical after marshal-involved shooting in Marksville
In breaking news, another tragic incident of police murder has just occurred over night, leaving a 6-year-old boy dead. The shooting took place in Marksville, Louisiana. Now, the father of that 6-year-old is in critical condition as well. The Advocate reports, that the 6-year-old, Jeremy David Mardis, of Effie, “was killed by multiple gunshot wounds to the head and torso. He was pronounced dead at the scene, Avoyelles Parish Coroner L.J.
