Alabama police officer forced man to perform oral sex at gunpoint, warrant claims
A Montgomery police officer is accused of forcing a man to perform oral sex on him at gunpoint. Deonte Lashawn Hamner, 27, was arrested Tuesday and charged with first-degree sodomy, a Class A felony, Montgomery police say. He is being held in the Montgomery County Detention Facility on a $60,000 cash bond. According to police and court records, the alleged sexual assault occurred on Thursday, June 9 between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m. while the officer was on duty.
