The fact that we have only recently discovered a PYRAMID, makes me wonder what other huge things we are missing that are blending right in with the Earth.
Our understanding of of the Americas pre-European contact is pitiful at best. There's a great deal more for us to discover out there.
I don't know how civilisations can just "forget" a massive pyramid. You would assume tales would be passed down through generations or it would have been mentioned within a book in the 15-1600s
And the amazing thing is that this is just one pyramid. Who knows what's around it. For instance, the Mayan city Palenque is only 4.7% uncovered.
It's absolutely beautiful! I want to go to Mexico. There are so many things I want to see there.
Damn Mayans, trying to steal my pyramid game....
But seriously, this is an amazing archaeological find
lol
Fantastic. Reminds me of the infamous "Ken M."
Oh Mr Horsey Suprise. I fucking love that guy... he's the best reason to go on facebook.
Larger than Teotihuacan's Pyramid of the Sun? Holy crap. That's huuuuuuge.
It's amazing what is hiding underneath the surface of the Earth.
