The U.S. National Security Agency considered spying on Canadians without the knowledge or consent of its intelligence partners in this country, according to a top-secret draft NSA directive.

It's like watching a train crash in slow motion.
I know of no one who's given consent. Certainly isn't contained in the law of our land.......It's ludicrous they would even attempt to make anyone believe Canadians haven't been spied on.
