I'm really surprised North Korea are opening up so much to foreign tourists but I don't know whether this is just Kim Jong-Un trying to promote his image of being a reformer or genuinely a shift in attitude with the nation.
What I'd like to see NK do is open up even more. Perhaps start demilitarizing the DMZ, make genuine reforms, release political prisoners, denuclearize and actually aim for IMF/Chinese economic support.
