Mantha remains confident despite tough first season
Mantha, one of the players taking part in the annual development camp that begins today in Traverse City, has his sights set on playing in the NHL even though he struggled as a rookie with the Grand Rapids Griffins last season.

I still feel he can turn it around. It's way to early to write a rookie off after a bad first season.
I'm also hopeful. My greatest concern was more about rumors I heard about a questionable work ethic. I think the hype around Larkin combined with a relatively disappointing season last year will light a fire under his ass.
