The Next Big Thing on the Internet in 2015
In this recent articular the author proclaims that delivering/managing the best customer experience is the next big thing... But I disagree. Forgetting the fact that "Internet" encompasses much more than just the "web", with the underlying communication layers and technology... The focus of Marketing and Web development specialists in recent years as always been "owning" the greatest customer experience. So the "next big thing" is not customer experience development/management... So what is?
