When was this expansion released for the USA/Europe etc?

Thanks. I can't believe I missed it. I played SC2 when it first came out (I think July-Nov 2010) and reached diamond in 1v1 and then got creamed so I stopped playing. Maybe I'll get the expansion and see if I can get back into it. I have a feeling I'll be very rusty.
