Was St. Jean hit-and-run incident a terrorist act?
It's not every day that a hit-and-run incident is brought up in the House of Commons — but Monday morning's hit-and-run and subsequent police shooting in St. Jean sur Richelieu got the attention of prime minister Stephen Harper later on in the afternoon.
