Children found in New Mexico compound were training to be school shooters, prosecutors say
As authorities work to identify the remains of a boy found on a rural New Mexico compound, they've learned that at least one of 11 other children rescued there was trained to commit school shootings, prosecutors said. After the children were discovered last week -- and five adults accused of abusing them were arrested -- one of the kids told a foster parent that the suspects "trained the child in the use of an assault rifle in preparation for future school shootings," said court documents filed Wednesday.
