HBO wrapped up its fourth season of the smash hit “Game of Thrones” on Sunday. The show is based on the bestselling “A Song of Ice And Fire” series, written by George R. R. Martin, who’s completed five of the series’ seven books. When the remaining two books will come out is a major source of stress and enthusiasm for fans, as well as a constant subject of speculation.
