So... a bit of an update since I don't have the links handy anymore. Stone Cold admitted to having the Podcast removed but says he never asked for them to fire Piper only remove that one episode.
Piper says and alludes that he still blames Austin and will discuss it more on his next podcast. There is also rumor that the incident also ended up with Piper's Legends Deal being taken away as well. But as they say, all rumor until proven.
