Interesting. Gonna give a try when I get a chance. Might use this instead of a browser window on my other monitor
Unfortunately, I can't use it myself because I don't have a copy of Excell, and I won't pirate it just for that (LibreOffice already covers all my other needs).
But this tool gave an idea, a Google Docs spreadsheet, running on a borderless Chrome or inside Steams Overlay browser.
