Basically the American gestapo.
Every immigrant, myself included, is warned during applying for permanent residency, that his/her lies or misinformation in the application forms may result in revocation of the green card, and if citizenship was already received, then it can be revoked as well.
I mean it is literally written in there, and you agree with these terms when applying.
As far as I understand situation, up to this point this was never really enforced, unless it would accidentally come up later. Now they formed a force to enforce this rule.
