Borgata casino lawsuit: Gambler cheated, won $9.6M
An Atlantic City casino is suing a big-time gambler, claiming he won $9.6 million in a card-cheating scheme in baccarat. The Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa filed a federal lawsuit Tuesday against Phillip Ivey Jr., considered one of the best poker players in the world.

Shouldn't they be suing the company that made the playing cards?
Ivey is a boss.. even if he did cheat.
I know he gets a lot of love because of his poker skills but he's been affiliated with some shady stuff, particularly the Full Tilt scandal from a couple years ago. I personally wouldn't trust this dude.
Haha ok, the most they can do to him is ban him from their property and any other properties owned by them.
Nothing else to push for.
