UVA President admits she knew the Rolling Stone "rape" was a lie but she punished the fraternity anyway.
University of Virginia President Teresa Sullivan blamed federal privacy regulations for her school's failure to debunk the Rolling Stone gang-rape story. Those regulations did not stop her from treating innocent people as rapists, however.
