They are right the current systems is immoral and akin to slavery, but ending transfer fees altogether would either benefit bigger clubs that could just snatch any player from smaller clubs or not work at all because of rescission clauses in players' contracts. Provided proper safeguards are in place (like team size limitations) removing the transfer windows could be great for everyone.
