Ouch, that looks incredibly painful. The force to not only rip out the femoral head and neck from the acetabulum but also push it into the scrotum must have been massive. Reminds me not to take up motorcycling...

Yeah, femoral head is pretty tricky concearning vascularisation. Especially if it's a total neck fracture with dislocation.
