Interesting Recording...
I'm not sure what to make of this video.
You can clearly see the a grainy square object in the background that the ISS is floating towards. It could be anything. It could be a UFO, or it could be another satellite. I mean Earth is surrounded by space junk, and satellites - including the ISS- share the same space as this junk. It could also be a top secret device for a mission we don't know about. Who knows?
